Do you provide nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

The basis of any healthy lifestyle is nutrition.  Because I am not a licensed dietician, I don't provide specific meal plans; however, I will help provide you with understanding and guidance on caloric intake, macronutrients, and how to choose the best kind of food to keep you energized and fueled for your workouts.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

When working with me, I will provide a tailored exercise program to fit your needs and help you feel confident in the gym.  We will have weekly check-ins where I can help answer any questions you have, and help you stay motivated and accountable.  I will also provide you with nutritional guidance to help you stay fueled and energized.

Do you do at-home workout plans?

Currently I do not offer at-home plans.  You will need to have access to a gym at least two times per week.

Do you work with people who are new to working out?

YES! One of my biggest joys is to help women feel comfortable and confident in the gym.  I know from experience how intimidating it can be stepping into the gym. I will be in your corner providing support every step of the way.
